Modena, Italy  from cooked , high quality carmelized grape must from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. 

It is then aged using the Solera method: placed in a succession of old, wood fired barrels. 

 No thickeners, sweeteners or artificial colors added.

How to Store

It is best to consume your oil within 6-12 months of purchase. Store your vinegars in the same way.
